Jon M. Jones, President & CEO/Director
Mr. Jones has over twenty years experience in community banking and has been an active member of the Thurston County community for more than sixteen years. He has a BA in Finance from the University of Northern Iowa and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.

Ernest L. Grubb, D.V.M., Chairman of the Board / Director
Dr. Grubb, owner of Chambers Prairie Veterinary Hospital, has been practicing veterinary medicine in the greater Olympia area since 1977. Dr. Grubb is an active member of American Association of Equine Practitioners and American Veterinarian Medical Association.

William R. Carlson, Director
Mr. Carlson has been involved in real estate development and construction for more than 30 years.

Eugene J. Johnson, Director
Mr. Johnson is the owner, president and general manager of Rainier Dodge, Inc., a business he has owned since 1987. Mr. Johnson has distinguished himself as a past board member of the Washington State Automobile Dealers Association, Washington State African American Auto Dealers Association, president of the Capital Auto Mall Dealers Association, and National Association of Minority Automobile Dealers, and as a director of other trade organizations.

Donald C. Paradise, D.D.S., Director
Dr. Paradise has been a practicing dentist in Lakewood, Washington since 1968. Dr. Paradise is a past board member of the Pierce County Dental Society, the Charles Wright Academy, the Clover Park Rotary, and the Lakewood YMCA. He has served on the Washington State Dental Association Insurance Advisory Committee, as well as the Washington Dental Service Blue Ribbon Committee.

Richard L. Rokes, Director
Mr. Rokes is the President of Investors Development Group, LTD and a partner in over 20 Limited Liability Companies which are involved in apartment complexes, mini storage units and strip malls. He received his B.A. and M.B.A. from Northeastern University and a certificate of Real Estate from Bellevue Community College. He is an active member of the Local, State and National Home Builders Associations.

Laura L. Skillings, Director
Ms. Skillings is chair of the board of directors of Skillings-Connolly, Inc., a full–service engineering, and environmental consulting and property acquisition firm and has been a certified public accountant for more than 20 years. She has also served for 20 years on the board of directors for Exceptional Foresters, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving both the residential and training needs of developmentally disabled adults in Thurston and Mason Counties. More recently, she has joined the board of South Puget Sound Habitat for Humanity.

Kirk M. Veis, Director
Mr. Veis is a shareholder in the Olympia law firm of Owens, Davies P.S. Kirk received his B.B.A., summa cum laude, from Pacific Lutheran University in 1980. He received his J.D. from the Stanford Law School in 1983, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. He joined Owens, Davies in 1990 and has been a resident of Olympia since that time. He is a board member of the Olympia Hands On Children’s Museum and a former board member and treasurer of the Olympia Symphony Orchestra, and a member of the Olympia Rotary Club.

Michael D. Zittel, Director
Mr. Zittel is owner of Zittel’s Marina, Inc., located on Johnson Point, a family business for 42 years. Mr. Zittel has been a member of the Northwest Marine Trade Association for over 25 years and has served on its board of directors, as secretary-treasurer and on various committees. He is a member of the Puget Sound Marina Operators Association.
